Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Coil Tubing Supervisor to join our team. We routinely deliver coil tubing services all over Alberta and Saskatchewan, but have completions in Manitoba, the Northwest Territories and British Columbia. We are a ONE-STOP shop for Class I & II services and offer thermal, landing/pulling instrumentation, sleeve shifting, and abandonments complete with cementing and down-hole tools. We prioritize safety, efficiency, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Coil Tubing experience, mechanical knowledge and experience managing crews. - Oversee daily field operations for coil tubing services
- Supervise and mentor Coil Tubing Operators and crew members
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients, crew, and management
- Manage equipment allocation, scheduling, and logistics
- Provide HSE technical support and promote a safety-first culture
- Complete service orders and billing documentation accurately
- Minimum 3 years of coil tubing experience in field operations
- Valid and clean Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with Air Brake Endorsement
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage crews and maintain high safety standards
- Comfortable working in remote field locations and variable shifts (camp work expected)
