What you'll do

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Coatings Application Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and scaling of coating processes of magnets. This role will be responsible for bridging the gap between R&D and pilot-scale trials and full-scale manufacturing, with a strong focus on optimizing coating performance, ensuring process consistency, and supporting equipment integration. Coating methods may include spray coating, e-coat, electroplating; and surface finishing technologies, such as cleaning, pretreatment, and others tailored for magnetic materials may be applicable. This role is pivotal in supporting new equipment introduction, ensuring smooth integration into production, and delivering technical leadership across all coating applications.
