Overview of Position

Application of coating to customer and inventory parts with our Loctite Pre-applied products. Will report to production manager who will cross on all coating machines, set-up, break-down, and clean-up. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!! This position is full time (32-40) and flexible schedule. Hours can range from 7am-5pm Monday -Thursday and 7am-2pm on Fridays depending upon a candidate's desired schedule!

Responsibilities

Adherence to timeclock for time scheduled: start-time-break-out/in-lunch-out/in-end time.

Coating customer’s parts per specifications provided and by all processes and procedures trained on

Notify Production Manager/Quality Manager if coating is not applying correctly and are unable to correct in a timely manner.

Follow all safety protocols, wear PPE, using and keeping work area clean.

To treat all parts with care and concerns as they are not property of the Coating House.

Follow Inventory and QMS process on tracking parts on the production floor.

Any other duties assigned by General Manager/Production Manager

Strong Candidate Qualities

No application/coating experience is needed for this position. Training provided on-site.

Hand-eye and coordination and attention to detail are highly sought after for us.

Good hand dexterity.

Able to work independently.
