Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by assisting with various tasks, including materials handling, assembly line operations, and other basic tasks. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the handling and organization of materials for production.

Support the fabrication of components as per specifications.

Operate tooling and machinery safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure timely production.

Package finished products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility.
