We provide advanced milling and turning solutions to our customers with state-of-the-art Machine centres, up to 9 axis machining. We can run lights out production on select parts, incorporating automation systems for our customers part to deliver them on time.

Summary:

- Aehra Manufacturing LLC is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a CNC Operator/Machinist.

Responsibilities:

- Setup and Operate CNC Milling and Lathe machines.

- Load / unload materials, make necessary tolerance adjustments and monitor operations cycle.

- Conduct post-machining inspections with precision tools to ensure materials meet required tolerances and are free from damage.

- Perform regular maintenance on machinery.

- Safely and efficiently manufacture steel/aluminum parts with attention to quality.

- Adapt to a fast-paced working environment and adhere to safety protocols.

- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

- Carry out other necessary tasks as assigned.

Skills:

- Must have atleast 2yrs of experience in setting up and operating both Milling and Lathe machines.

- Must have a strong focus on detail and be motivated by achieving goals.

- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and clear understanding of tasks assigned.

- Proficient in English communication and capable of following instructions.

- Possesses mechanical aptitude, familiar with machining processes, and experienced with automated machinery.

- Knowledge of offsets, clamping techniques, and strong math skills are advantageous.

- Capable of reading and understanding blueprint designs.

- Dedicated to teamwork, strict adherence to safety protocols, efficient work habits, and precise attention to detail are mandatory.

- The work environment mandates the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety steel toe footwear and safety glasses.
