Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Operator will ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Responsibilities

Mazak experience is a must

Tool changes

Offsets
•
Operate CNC machines, including setting up and adjusting machine parameters for optimal performance.
•
Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
•
Program CNC machines using CAM programming software and basic logic controllers.
•
Assemble and fabricate components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
•
Utilize measuring equitment
•
Package finished products for shipment, ensuring they are secure and compliant with shipping standards.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
•
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
Skills
•
Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
•
Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
•
Experience with .

Familiarity with logic controllers for machine operation.
•
Ability to assemble and fabricate components accurately.
•
Experience operating a press brake machine is preferred.
•
Forklift operation experience is a plus, ensuring safe material handling within the facility.
