CNC Milling Machine Setup

Summary - Job Responsibilities – Activities:

- Arrive to work on time

- Log part quantities and time into JobBoss data collection

- Efficient Setup and breakdown of machines.

- Update and save part program files

- Setup in-process inspection reports

- Ability to train operators how to run parts.

- Minor program editing.

- Basic blueprint reading.

- Organized breakdown of setups.

- Part Inspection and completion of appropriate reports

- Must be able to use basic deburring tools.

- Must be able to follow instructions.

- Must be able to use inspection tools.

- Deburr, wash and clean Parts

- Efficient machine operation, 85% or better

Education - Experience:

* High school diploma or Equivalent

* Minimum 5 years industry experience preferred

* Trade school a plus

* JobBoss knowledge

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
