Duties:
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
- Set up and load materials onto the machine
- Monitor the machine during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine as needed
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality control
- Assemble and weld components as required
- Utilize hand tools and other equipment to complete tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating CNC machines is preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with the machine or parts
