With direct supervision available, using programmed instructions, blueprints and in accordance with standard shop practices, operate CNC machines to perform a sequence of operations such as turn, mill, drill, tap, bore, ream, and countersink a variety of parts. Individual will occasionally assist in modification of set up to assure machining within required specifications. Individual must be able to work with calipers, micrometers, gage pins, custom gages, dial gauges and digital gauges to visually identify defective parts.
No previous experience or post-secondary education is required.
Employees will be trained how to complete job tasks such as reading prints, identifying nonconformance issues, and properly operating equipment necessary for the job.
This position is available on second shift. Second shift hours are from 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Some overtime may be required on Fridays.
This position includes a signing bonus of $500 receivable in full at the completion of 6 months of employment!
