Waterstone Faucets, is a full line manufacturer and distributor of high-quality kitchen faucets and accessories. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable CNC Machinist/Operators to join our industrial production team. You will set up and program various tools and equipment to create, modify, or repair precision parts. During production, you must monitor the machinery and conduct regular quality checks to ensure they are running properly and that the parts are being produced according to specifications. Accuracy is crucial to our production, so all candidates must pay attention to detail and be extremely focused on their work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Analyzes machining work orders, blueprints, drawings, materials, and other data specifications to perform the necessary calculations, including interpreting geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
•Sets-up Multi-axes CNC Lathes with Live Tooling by installing and adjusting tools and workpieces.
•Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces; adhering to Waterstone’s internal standards.
•Maintains batch specifications by observing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
•Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
•Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
•Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
•Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
•Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Education and Qualifications:
•Must have 3-5 years of experience
•High School Diploma/GED required
•Functional and Technical Skills
•Process Improvement Skills
•Use of Critical thinking skills, logic, and reasoning to troubleshoot and solve problems
•Experience working with Brass and Stainless steel and Plastics
•Experience with live tooling and multi-axis Lathes required
•Experience with Kia, Hwacheon, Rapido, Nakamura, and Mori preferred
Physical Elements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for up to 10 hours, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distant vision. Has excellent hand to eye coordination.
