We are looking for a eCommerce Solutions Specialist

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who geeks out over eCommerce trends, new technology, and technical problem-solving—partnering with our customer success managers to lead product demos for merchants while owning the technical implementation of our apps to ensure merchants maximize the platform’s value.
What you'll do:
•Lead engaging product demos and articulate how AMP helps merchants increase AOV and revenue.
•Own customer onboarding, ensuring seamless technical implementation and troubleshooting.
•Identify and resolve onboarding roadblocks to drive adoption.
•Collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize merchant success.
•Advocate for customer feedback, providing key insights to improve the platform.
•Identify and engage high-potential merchants to expand AMP adoption.
About you:
•Technical aptitude – skilled in app implementation, troubleshooting, and basic coding (JavaScript & CSS a plus!).
•Commerce expertise – experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
•Strong communicator – ability to simplify technical concepts for merchants.
•Passion for eCommerce and tech – excited about industry trends and innovation.
•Grit & Growth Mindset – you’re hungry to grow with us and push through challenges.
•Bias for action – push merchants forward and make confident, independent decisions.
