Client Success Manager
. We are looking for an energetic team player who can communicate and work with a wide variety of people in a wide variety of settings. The ideal applicant will have an internal drive to be productive and an ability to contribute in a multitude of ways depending on what is needed to ensure customer success.
Account Manager Responsibilities
•Call and communicate with clinics, labs and physicians on a daily basis
•Communicate and work with the manufacturing team to fulfill client requested shipments
•Understand the fundamentals of Excel and how to organize applicable data
•Work with the manufacturing, research, development, and laboratory teams effectively
•Understand the technologies LUMEA has to offer and ensure that its clients are utilizing those tools effectively
•Creatively retain current clientele
•Travel when asked (sometimes on short notice)
•Trial with potential clients around the country to make sure there is a positive experience with our technologies
•Onboard new clients that have committed to using the LUMEA platform and all that it offers
•Manage projects in a timely manner while also using critical thinking and reasoning
•Have an understanding of and manage logistical relationships
•Work closely with the development team to ensure customer feedback is heard and used to constantly improve the technologies used in the field
•Create and maintain customer reports and manage the associated data
•Communicate and work closely with the sales team to ensure clientele success
•Provide ongoing training to clinics, labs, and pathologists
Account Manager Requirements
•College Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary
•2+ years’ work experience in client relations and medical related field
•A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
•Professional level of verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to succeed and adapt in a constantly changing business environment
