This is a full-time position that is responsible for supporting daily office operations, including processing and routing mail, reviewing and verifying billing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. This role ensures the timely processing and filing of documentation, coordinates meetings and supply orders, and manages incoming phone calls and visitor interactions. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
