What We Are Looking For
The Clean Energy Intern will assist in supporting projects focused on sustainable development, electrification, and energy efficiency. This role is an opportunity for college juniors and seniors to contribute to initiatives in the clean energy sector, gaining practical experience and building technical skills in preparation for careers in the industry.
What You Will Do
•Conduct research and analysis on sustainable energy solutions, such as renewable energy integration and building efficiency improvements.
•Contribute to the development of reports and presentations for internal use and client engagement.
•Assist with projects related to electrification, including electric vehicle charging infrastructure and renewable energy systems.
•Prepare cost analyses and financial models to support energy efficiency and electrification proposals.
•Support the preparation and submission of applications for rebates and incentives, ensuring adherence to program guidelines.
•Develop and refine templates, checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve project workflows.
•Maintain clear and detailed records of project milestones and deliverables.
•Work collaboratively with team members to contribute to project objectives and ensure effective execution.
•Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on energy-related initiatives and processes.

What You Will Need
•Education: Junior or senior enrolled in a degree program related to Environmental Science, Energy Management, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
•Skills: Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with GIS or financial modeling is a plus.
•Attributes: Interest in sustainable development and energy solutions, with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Internship Details

•Compensation: Up to $20/hr.
