Energy Select is looking for a professional with strong customer service and people skills. Energy Select offers a wide range of cost-cutting and energy-efficient measures such as LED lighting and Solar for commercial and residential buildings, EV chargers, batteries, and home energy audits. We are a participating contractor with Potomac Edison's Small Business Direct Install, SBDI, program and can offer qualifying businesses up to 75% of their retrofits paid for by the utility. We are primarily looking for someone to specialize in LED lighting sales. You will work company provided leads as well as self-generated leads. Lighting leads will be worked in Allegany and Garrett County.

Responsibilities:

Sell commercial LED retrofits to businesses that could benefit from the SBDI program and LED lighting

Perform lighting audits at commercial spaces and accurately identify existing fixtures and their LED replacements

Door knocking potential customers to generate interest in LED lighting

Learn existing lighting fixtures and their LED replacements

Learn how to use and work in our CRM and phone system

Working both independently and as part of our sales team

Networking and generating leads by being active in the community in addition to following through on company-generated leads

Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders

Salary: While usually 100% commission, we are open to an hourly rate to be discussed for training purposes until selling consistently, or a draw that will be repaid through commission earned.

Minimum Requirements:

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishments in any field

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and user platforms

Some availability on weekends and evenings

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
