provides technical guidance for non-routine technically complex civil work to project managers, engineers or designers prior
to construction. Assists the Project Manager, Engineer or Designer with tender evaluations, contract negotiations and
awards by performing duties such as reviewing tenders for completeness of scope, suitability of requirements, applicability
of civil design for site specific conditions, and technical constraints.

not apply to candidates with a degree in Engineering (or related technical field).
OR
on projects related to electrical utility underground construction, and two (2) years of experience as a Civil Inspector 1 or
equivalent civil inspector experience in the utility industry. Completion of in-house Electrical Utility Fundamentals course or
must be completed within eight (8) months of being hired.
