Electrical Consultants, Inc. ECI has an opening for a civil engineer. Technical focus will be on structural engineering and/or site (civil) design for substations and power delivery facilities.
Depending on experience and interest, Civil Engineer may perform project management functions including scoping; budgeting; scheduling; directing a team of less experienced civil engineers, designers and drafters; project monitoring & control; client interface; and project reporting.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Civil Engineering; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and planning skills; ability to work in a team environment; commitment to quality and accuracy; and a willingness to meet fast-paced project schedules. A PE license is preferred depending on experience level. The successful applicant must be knowledgeable of applicable codes, standards and design tools. The successful applicant may be subject to client-mandated drug and background checking. Occasional travel/driving is required; therefore, the successful applicant will be subject to ECI's auto insurance carrier requirements.
