Compensation: Starting salary range $83,000 - $141,000; Commensurate to skills & experience.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Maas Energy Works is the leading developer and operator of agricultural waste-to-energy systems in the United States. The Company designs, develops, constructs, and operates biogas renewable energy generation systems, primarily on dairy farms. Our projects include anaerobic digesters, biogas-powered electric generation, and renewable natural gas upgrading.
Maas Energy Works (MEW) is seeking a Civil Engineer with a professional engineering license in California to join our team. The work will include a mix of reviewing external drawings and producing internal civil designs. The civil elements of typical projects include underground manure piping design, grading, concrete, and other civil elements. In this role, the Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with our existing project engineering team to develop and refine civil designs for our biogas renewable energy projects. This entails creating innovative solutions and ensuring that our designs meet both company standards and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the Civil Engineer will liaise with external engineering teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the successful integration of their work with our projects.
