Genesis Custom Chemical Blending is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Midland, TX. - Manage the order process in QAD, including sales order entry, picking tickets, shipments, BOL's, and invoices.
- Communicate customer needs to the production team and coordinate shipment times.
- Update and maintain the Order Update Sheet with order details and shipment schedule.
- Correspond with customers regarding order and shipment status.
- Address and resolve any customer requests or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Minimum of 5 years' business experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Adaptability and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience with an ERP system.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
