Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications and blueprints. This role requires a strong understanding of various welding techniques and the ability to work with different materials, ensuring high-quality production standards are met.
Duties
•Interpret and read blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
•Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, Stick, Torch, Plasma, Oxy acetylene braising, Etc..
•Employ hand tools and machinery, such as rigs and calipers, to shape and assemble metal parts accurately.
•Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
•Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
•Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Experience/Requirements
•Highschool diploma or GED
•Valid Welding Certifications
•Proven experience in machining, welding, or fabrication is preferred.
•Familiarity with sheet metal work is a plus.
•Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and dimensions.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail is essential.
•Some travel may be required for Field Welding, cutting and capping wells, Welding truck will be provided (requires Chauffeur's License)
