Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with expertise in financial management and regulatory reporting. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. As a CPA, you will play a crucial role in providing insightful financial analysis and guidance to support our organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

- Manage corporate accounting functions, including general ledger reconciliation, AR and AP.

- Conduct regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.

- Interpret financial reports to provide actionable insights for management.

- Utilize QuickBooks and Job Boss accounting software for efficient financial management.

- Manage HR, Insurance, 401K providing necessary financial documentation and analysis.

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely reporting.

Requirements

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.

- Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and corporate accounting practices.

- Experience in regulatory reporting and compliance within the accounting field.

- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear recommendations.

- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with stakeholders at all levels.

- Previous experience as an accounting clerk or similar role is a plus.

Pay: $62,500.49 - $70,000.00 per year
