Laborer/Locators are routinely given opportunities to develop greater skills/ responsibilities. Locating is a mix of science & math with a long list of variables that make real world experience invaluable. Locators are the eyes and ears of the Directional Drilling operation all while maintaining safety. CDL REQUIRED.

- Work as a part of a crew and help the driller when Supervisor/Manager is not on site.
- Must be flexible to work different schedules out of town work, nights long hours when needed.
- Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and pre-task planning.
- Daily Paperwork and logging of bores/production.
- Handle physically demanding construction.
- Assist team members in placing underground conduit, manual labor, and shovel work when not operating equipment.
- Practice safe work habits at all times, follow instructions and safety procedures and use required safety equipment (PPE).
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed.
· A valid and unrestricted CDL Class A with tankers endorsement.
· Be able to use following locators UMAG, DCI, and Subsite.
· Able to trouble shoot basic mechanical errors and maintain equipment, including greasing grease points and power washing after use.
· Strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as being able to work independently.

· Must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and drive in a company vehicle for long periods of time.
· Ability to lift, push, pull >50lbs. at any given time while working.
