Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hands-on construction, painting, power tools, frame carpentry, electrical work, drywall, and general assembly.

Duties:

- Assist with the construction of our new modular home line

- Perform framing carpentry with our metal fabrication assembly

- Conduct electrical work including wiring and installation of fixtures

- Complete drywall installation and repairs

- Assist with painting projects including surface preparation and application

- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:

- Proficient in construction

- Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe operation

- Experience in frame carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, electrical work, drywall installation, and general assembly

- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

This is a full-time position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
