- Must be able to read and interpret the Job Travelers.
- Understand most aspects of labor.
- Understand the operation of typical types of labor equipment.
- Able to organize their work area to best suit a safe and productive manufacturing environment.
- Operate labor tools which may include brooms, forklifts, cranes and other equipment.
- Perform shop mathematics associated with labor operations.
- Perform inspection procedures to verify work.
- May use a range of measurement devices as required.
- Capable of performing labor processes typically acquired through 1-2 years related experience.
