Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Duties

- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, roofing, and drywall installation.

- Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.

- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.

- Perform demolition tasks as required, including removing old structures or materials.

- Help with site preparation, including digging trenches and setting up scaffolding.

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Skills

- Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

- Good communication skills for effective teamwork.

- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.

- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when necessary.

- Familiarity with safety regulations in construction environments is a plus.
