Job Title: Car Wash Attendant

Position Summary:

The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned, and serviced according to company standards. This role involves assisting customers, operating car wash equipment, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel or designated wash areas.

- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently.

- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

- Inspect vehicles before and after wash for quality assurance.

- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash facility, equipment, and surrounding areas.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate issues when needed.

- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

- Perform minor equipment checks and report malfunctions to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
