Job Summary:

Hough Petroleum's, car wash brand, Swell Wash, is looking to add a Car Wash Membership Sales Associate to our energetic and fast-growing team in our newest location in Manahawkin, NJ! The Membership Sales Associate is a key member of our team who is onsite at our car wash, engaging with customers and growing our wash membership program. The ideal candidate is energetic and outgoing, not averse to being outside, and driven to make as much money as possible! With uncapped commission earned for each car wash monthly membership sold, this is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking for a new side (or primary) hustle.

Principal Duties:

- Grow our car wash memberships, cross-sell gift cards, etc., through customer education and by answering questions regarding products and services.

- Greet wash customers in a friendly and helpful manner while identifying membership sales opportunities

- Take customer payments, and assist with customer issues.

- Works with site staff to grow total memberships as well as overall vehicle count.

- Assists in on-site maintenance of the wash to minimize downtime and implement procedures to maximize operating efficiency.

- Follows safety procedures provided by Hough Petroleum & Swell Wash

- Ensures the location is clean and well maintained.

- Works in and develops a team environment.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing

- Must be a self-starter, self-motivator, and service driven

- Must have sales/customer service experience

- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Teamwork is a must in this role.

- Ability to close memberships and produce profitable revenue.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
