RMR Services, LLC, a local utility contractor, is seeking motivated individuals to work in a fast pace Call Center/Office environment. Our front office/call center team sets appointments to perform utility work through incoming and outgoing phone calls, dispatches work orders to field technicians, performs data processing, and provides administrative support to our management team.
Education / Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Experience working in a call center or office environment
•Experience in the utility industry and/or logistics industry is a plus
Duties:
•Operate a multi-line telephone system, taking incoming calls and making outbound calls
•Scheduling customer appointments
•Dispatching service orders to field technicians
•Miscellaneous office, clerical, and project support tasks
Knowledge and Skills:
•Must be professional, have a positive attitude, and be a team player
•Strong computer skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel and Word)
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Previous customer service / call center experience
•Self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task until the job is done
•Possess a “Can do/Will do” attitude
•A general knowledge of the Twin Cities metro area is a plus
Benefits:
Salary is negotiable. Hours are Monday-Friday - 8:30am-5pm.
