Key Responsibilities:

Get quotes for goods and services needed for sales.

Manage raw materials like steel and fittings.

Issue RFQs/RFPs and manage pricing.

Fulfill purchasing needs and requisitions.

Resolve procurement issues between suppliers and departments.

Ensure products meet specs and delivery schedules.

Recommend procurement and supply chain strategies.

Interpret laws, policies, and regulations.

Coordinate vessel shipments for post-weld heat treatment.

Generate purchase orders for x-ray, sub-contractors, and rental equipment.

Update ERP part numbers for design.

Procure welding/shop consumables and safety supplies.

Address issues between receiving, purchasing, and invoicing.

Maintain and assess current and potential vendors.

Ensure compliance with company policies.
