How You’ll Make An Impact

- Lead business development activities focused on the FACTS market segment in the U.S.

- Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with strategic growth goals

- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and proposal teams to craft winning solutions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients

- Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your background

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Technical Sales, Project Management, Bids & Proposals, or Business Development in FACTS applications

- Proven success in client engagement and revenue growth

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Willingness to travel extensively—up to 40–50% domestically and internationally

- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
