- 5. Provide Feedback from customer, positive, negative, and specifically related to bidding performance
- 6. Support Customer Needs during Turn Arounds
- 7. Account Management – Maintain Brask, Inc.’s Top of Mind Presence with Existing Accounts
- 8. Support Engineering, Accounting, with Customer Nudging for Drawing Approvals, and Accounting Issues as needed.
- Fluent knowledge of Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Process, TEMA Types, Materials of Construction, Lead Times
- Excellent Verbal, Written, and Oral Communication.
- Fluent knowledge of MS Office/Office 365 Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams. Base understanding of CRM / Microsoft Power BI
- Possesses astute understanding of professional, and positive minded prestation. This is a customer facing role – external and internal
