Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support our Pricing, Customer Service, and Dispatch departments. This role is critical in driving data-informed decision-making by developing insightful reports, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
•Provide comprehensive support to the pricing, customer service, and dispatch departments.
•Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
•Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
•Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
•Utilize Excel, R-Studio, and Power BI to analyze data and create visualizations.
•Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis activities.
•Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
•Proficiency in Excel, R-Studio, and Power BI.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
