Building Maintenance Director

We are looking for an experienced and capable on-site superintendent responsible for maintaining and repairing all general issues with the building. This role requires an individual who is well versed in the following tasks:

The superintendent will also be responsible for overseeing all vendors who will be working at the building along with supervising the on-site maintenance team to make sure the building is always in pristine condition. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is organized, responsive, and has great time management skills.

As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems, ensuring a safe and efficient environment. Reporting to senior management, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and maintenance management to lead a team effectively. Your premium skills in facilities management and HVAC will be essential in optimizing performance and reliability. Additionally, your time management and project management abilities will support the successful execution of maintenance projects, contributing to the overall functionality and safety of the facilities under your care.
