As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to lead both our brand and marketing efforts, ensuring a strong and consistent market presence and driving growth across all channels.
Job Overview:The Brand & Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Metal Fab Guys’ brand development and marketing strategy. This role combines the responsibilities of brand management with the execution of marketing campaigns, digital marketing, overseeing all e-commerce initiatives, and content creation. The Brand & Marketing Manager will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives, and ensure that our brand is effectively represented in the marketplace through our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
•Brand Strategy & Development: Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects Metal Fab Guys' values, mission, and vision. Ensure the brand is consistently applied across all customer touchpoints, from marketing collateral to product packaging.
•Oversee and Guide E-Commerce Initiatives: Lead and manage all e-commerce marketing and branding strategies to ensure seamless integration with overall business goals. This includes optimizing product listings, driving online sales through targeted campaigns, managing website content and design for optimal user experience, and ensuring that e-commerce branding aligns with Metal Fab Guys' core identity. Monitor e-commerce performance through analytics, continually improving strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and customer retention. Work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance online visibility and maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
•Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, including both traditional and digital marketing campaigns, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
•Content Creation & Campaigns: Lead the development of compelling marketing content, including digital ads, blogs, social media posts, and more, that align with the brand’s voice and resonate with our target audience.
•Digital Marketing Management: Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media management, email campaigns, and online advertising, to maximize reach and engagement.
•Lead Generation & Conversion: Work closely with the sales team to create strategies that generate qualified leads, track conversion rates, and optimize the sales funnel through targeted marketing campaigns.
•Market Research & Insights: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance brand positioning.
•Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing materials, campaigns, and customer interactions are aligned with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and channels.
•Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, product launches, and customer engagement strategies.
•Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Use data analytics to refine and improve future marketing efforts.
•Team Leadership: Manage all marketing initiatives, providing guidance on content creation, website design, campaign management, and brand strategy.
•External Partnerships: Develop relationships with vendors, agencies, and media outlets to amplify the company’s marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility in the market. Qualifications:
•5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in brand management and digital marketing.
•Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics (Google Analytics, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, etc.).
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences.
•Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
•Creative, results-oriented, and analytical, with the ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
