We are seeking a Ready-Mix Concrete Batch Plant Operator to oversee daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. This role is essential to meeting customer expectations, driving efficiency, and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily batching operations to ensure accurate, timely, and quality concrete production

- Coordinate scheduling of raw materials, trucks, and drivers to meet customer demand

- Monitor production equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime

- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards

- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and plant activity

- Work closely with drivers, dispatch, and management to ensure on-time delivery

- Lead and motivate team members while fostering a safe, respectful, and productive work environment

Qualifications

- Previous experience in Ready-Mix Concrete, Manufacturing, or Plant Operations (required)

- Strong understanding of batching systems, equipment, and material handling

- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and operational best practices

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn plant management systems

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to safety and customer service
