The Opportunity
TC Energy is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer who will provide full cycle maintenance activities on our Falcon 2000 EX EASy and Gulfstream 150 and ensure all work is completed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations, Company Maintenance & Control Manual and the Aircraft/Engine Manufacturers.
This position is based out of Houston, TX, reporting to the Chief Engineer Corporate Aviation.
What you'll do
•Maintain, repair, inspect, clean and troubleshoot standard maintenance problems of company aircraft and their related subcomponents;
•Certify airworthiness and release aircraft for flight, subject to approval of Senior Aircraft Engineer/Inspector;
•Maintain current certification for authority of license through recurrent training;
•Assume all technical and legal responsibility for maintenance by signing a release statement for maintenance completed;
•Ensures that all work is in compliance with pertinent aircraft service bulletins, airworthiness directives and manual revisions;
•Operate ground support equipment as required;
•Other tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications
•Graduate of a recognized Aircraft Technical Institution;
•Holds a FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate;
•Minimum 10 years industry experience with at least 5 on business jets;

•Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills;
•A commitment to Health, Safety and environment;
•Ability to work independently with minimal direction;
•Strong abilities to manage multiple priorities;
•Versatility in completing tasks in preventive maintenance and repairs;
•Flexible to work schedule with some travel;
•Willingness to work unscheduled hours including holidays;
•Ability to obtain a Houston Airport Security Badge
This position requires candidates to:
•Have and maintain a valid driver’s license;
•Possess a valid US passport;
•Successfully complete a pre-employment medical screening, including drug and alcohol testing.
