Auto Mechanic

SUMMARY:

Lusardi Construction is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to maintain and service our diverse fleet of vehicles and medium-duty construction equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Expertise in repairing and diagnosing gas and diesel engines, 12-volt electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and drum and disc brake systems is essential. We are looking for a collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

Education and Experience:

The pay range for this position of employment is expected to be between $33.00/hour and $40.00/hour. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
