Associate Tariff Analyst

LOCATION

This is a hybrid (virtual/onsite) position with required onsite days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday assigned to the One Energy Plaza located in Jackson, MI. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify).

GENERAL SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate Tariff Analyst will evaluate, review, and modify tariffs in the Company's gas and electric rate books. They are responsible for validating rate changes in the Company's billing system, including bill messages and bill print, to ensure accurate customer invoices. They will also collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with rates, tariffs, and regulatory requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

+ (OR) Associate’s degree in Business, English, Political Science, Finance, Legal or Engineering with two (2) or more years of experience in regulatory, rates or billing with interest in utility operations + (OR) High school diploma with four (4) or more years of experience in regulatory, rates, billing with interest in utility operations
