How You’ll Make An Impact

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and plans

- Support risk management and ensure alignment with financial goals

- Provide performance feedback for project team members

- Ensure project deliverables meet contract and customer requirements

- Coordinate procurement of services, materials, and equipment

- Monitor project stages for scope, cost, schedule, risk , and resource efficiency

- Oversee invoicing, expenses, and cash flow tracking

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering

- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management

- Familiarity with grid integration or energy infrastructure projects

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with risk and financial tracking tools

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
