Position Specific Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate IT Technology Specialist to join our IT Nuclear Innovation team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of talented individuals working with robotics, AI data, hands-free technology, and other cutting-edge technologies to support Nuclear Fleet plant operations. Your efforts will be crucial for driving efficiency, improving safety, and reducing radiation dose in operating plant operations.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for day-to-day (24 hours per day, seven days per week) operational support for an organization's Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure, including data- and voice-related activities. Employees in this role provide technical support for all client devices with a high degree of customer contact and focus, ultimately generating a high degree of customer satisfaction.
