What You’ll Do
IT Operations – Be The Tech Hero
•
Oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure—servers, networks, workstations, and software.
•
Set up and deploy IT equipment for new employees and support their tech needs.
•
Manage equipment repairs, storage, and reuse to keep operations lean and agile.
•
Administer and optimize Microsoft SharePoint to support collaboration and workflows.
•
Research and recommend hardware/software solutions, handle licensing, and ensure smart IT investments.
•
Troubleshoot user issues swiftly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and frustration.
•
Ensure top-tier data security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
•
Partner with vendors and service providers to bring the best tools to our teams.
•
Collaborate with our international HQ IT team to align strategies and scale support.
SAP Implementation – Drive Digital Transformation
•
Lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA modules across multiple departments.
•
Work closely with HQ SAP teams to roll out system strategies that meet global standards.
•
Gather business requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and customize configurations as needed.
•
Test, deploy, and continuously improve SAP functionalities to maximize business impact.
•
Train team members and provide ongoing SAP user support across all departments.
•
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues with speed and precision.
What You Bring to the Table
•
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and support.
•
Deep understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
•
Ability to troubleshoot fast, communicate clearly, and collaborate across departments.
•
SAP certifications in relevant modules are a major plus.
•
Experience supporting IT infrastructure in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly valued.
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•
5+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
•
Strong interpersonal skills—you know how to explain complex tech in simple terms.
•
Resourcefulness, initiative, and an eagerness to grow with a fast-evolving company.
