- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction

- Utilize service writing skills to accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues

- Oversee diesel engine repair processes and ensure quality workmanship

- Align service operations with company standards and goals to optimize efficiency

- Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and transmit necessary documentation

- Proficiently diagnose automotive issues using mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostics tools

- Ensure compliance with air brake regulations and safety standards in all service operations
