THIS POSITION
We are looking for an Assistant Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team! As an Assistant Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting a team of technical professionals in the research, planning and design of infrastructure projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Conduct research and gather relevant information for project planning and design
•Prepare construction documents including drawings, details, quantities and technical specifications
•Perform quality control tasks to ensure deliverables satisfy scope and technical requirements
•Communicate with clients and agencies
•Participate in site visits to ensure conformance with design standards
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor's degree (or in process) in Mechanical Engineering
•Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification preferred
•Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and other relevant software
LOCATION
•This position is located in our Henderson office and requires off-site meetings or job site visits
