About This Job

The Assembly & Repair Technician I under strict supervision, assembles and tests Artificial Lift products.

•

Pay Rate: $20.50/hr

•

Assignment Length: 6-month contract with the high possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and other factors.

Responsibilities:

•

Review work orders and acquire necessary parts for new product assembly, coordinating with manufacturing as needed.

•

Gain basic knowledge of materials, components, and their applications to enhance assembly processes.

•

Learn and document basic knowledge of assembly tools and techniques to ensure efficient operations.

•

Assist with repair and maintenance efforts to improve product quality and service delivery.

•

Acquire basic knowledge of test procedures and techniques, documenting procedures, data, observations, and results.

•

Incorporate Reliability, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), and Quality analysis techniques in all job processes.

Qualifications:

•

High School Diploma or GED required

•

Entry level position, no experience

•

Skilled in utilizing hand tools and power tools

•

Must be mechanically inclined and able to read and interpret blueprints.

•

Must be able to pass a background check, including a criminal history check, employment verification, and a mandatory drug test.
