The Assembly & Repair Technician I under strict supervision, assembles and tests Artificial Lift products.
•Assignment Length: 6-month contract with the high possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Responsibilities:
•Review work orders and acquire necessary parts for new product assembly, coordinating with manufacturing as needed.
•Gain basic knowledge of materials, components, and their applications to enhance assembly processes.
•Learn and document basic knowledge of assembly tools and techniques to ensure efficient operations.
•Assist with repair and maintenance efforts to improve product quality and service delivery.
•Acquire basic knowledge of test procedures and techniques, documenting procedures, data, observations, and results.
•Incorporate Reliability, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), and Quality analysis techniques in all job processes.
Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or GED required
•Entry level position, no experience
•Skilled in utilizing hand tools and power tools
•Must be mechanically inclined and able to read and interpret blueprints.
•Must be able to pass a background check, including a criminal history check, employment verification, and a mandatory drug test.
