Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads and selling residential solar systems directly to homeowners by prospecting in assigned territories. Responsibilities:
•Canvass neighborhoods and approach homeowners to educate them on the benefits of solar energy
•Conduct in-person consultations to assess energy needs and explain solar options
•Set appointments for follow-up calls or in-home consultations
•Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
•Track and report daily activity and progress through CRM systems
•Stay current on solar industry trends, technologies, and local regulations
•Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
•1+ years of sales experience preferred (especially in solar, home improvement, or D2D)
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
•Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
•Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
•Comfort using mobile devices and CRM tools
