Area Safety Manager

Reports To: Senior Safety Manager or Director of Safety

Position Summary

The Area Safety Manager will prioritize our employees' safety, health, and welfare. Faulconer believes in LEADING safety, not MANAGING safety. Working in a team environment, the Area Safety Manager will influence safe behaviors through relationship-building and coaching other employees. Maintains Faulconer’s Core Values at all times.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Position Expectations

This position is required to visit job sites. You will be working outside approximately 75% of the time. This includes working in extreme cold and heat. Candidates should be able to lift approximately 40 lbs. Though rare, travel to the other Faulconer areas and overnight stays may be required.
