Haz Mat Special Services, LLC, the elite environmental emergency response company, is looking for a professional, multi-tasking office admin with strong AP/AR skills to join our team.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have strong attention to detail, work independently, communicate well and be organized. You are also the director of first impressions so a servant heart and a “can do” attitude are essential.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration. You must have a proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize. The right candidate will play an integral part in the future expansion of our company.
Key responsibilities involve:
•Input and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, vendor/customer relationships and cross-team collaboration.
•Implement controls and procedures for accurate payables and receivables management.
•Daily bookkeeping entries including tracking client billing, filing, organizing and maintaining records in a timely and professional manner.
•Maintain excellent facilities – office cleanliness and organization.
Character, integrity, commitment and professional communication skills are required.
There will also be special assignments and project work such as you’d expect in a growing, dynamic company!
