About This Job

We are seeking a motivated and reliableApprentice Plumber to assist in commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of licensed plumbers and gain hands-on experience in commercial plumbing systems. This role is an opportunity to learn the trade through both on-the-job training and formal education.

Pay is $20-25 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

•

Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems (e.g., water supply, waste drainage, gas systems).

•

Read blueprints and follow specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

•

Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes and fittings using hand and power tools.

•

Support licensed plumbers in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues.

•

Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work environment on job sites.

•

Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

•

Attend required training sessions and complete apprenticeship requirements.

Requirements:

•

High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled in a program).

•

Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.

•

Basic understanding of hand and power tools.

•

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

•

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

•

Valid driver’s license (preferred).
