Start Your Plumbing Career With a Company That Invests in You
Looking to get your hands dirty and build a career, not just a job? At Quality Plumbing, you'll join a respected Seattle-based company that's trained generations of skilled plumbers from the ground up. If you're mechanically inclined, serious about your future, and ready to learn from the best, we want to meet you.
Founded in 1978, Quality Plumbing is a well-established plumbing company known for high-end remodels and exceptional craftsmanship in the Seattle area. While we're proud to be family-owned, our roots run deeper than one family, our team includes multiple generations from five different families, many of whom have been with us for decades. This speaks to our culture of loyalty, respect, and opportunity for growth. Nearly every plumber started here as an apprentice, and with about 23 employees, we take pride in the strong community we've built, one where dedication and skill are what matter most.
As an Apprentice Plumber, you'll learn the plumbing trade hands-on while supporting journeyman and service plumbers. This is a physically active role ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and ready to do meaningful, foundational work in the trades. Your day-to-day might include demo work, digging, hauling materials, and shadowing skilled plumbers; no two days are exactly the same. This role is perfect for someone ready to grow into a long-term career. You'll be issued your own work truck and gain exposure to high-end residential remodel plumbing systems as you learn the ropes.
If you're looking for a long-term role with a team that values craftsmanship and people over profit, apply today. At Quality Plumbing, we don't just install plumbing, we build lasting careers.
