Rude, lazy and unmotivated person needed for FULL-TIME residential electrical apprentice at our 5-STAR Electrical Home Service Company.

Ideal candidate must SHOW UP LATE, do the BARE MINIMUM and BLAME everyone else.

ZERO WORK ETHIC AND INABILITY TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IS A PLUS.

A GREAT sense of humor is required. :)

Seriously, you must be highly coachable, able to independently solve problems and have ZERO ego.

Do you have record of your OJT hours and just need to finish up classes - OR - have the OJT hours and just need to test? Can you prove one-two years of on the job experience? We are looking for you!!!*

This is a performance based SERVICE position with a base rate and the potential to earn $80,000-$100,000 per year once you're licensed.

This is an ELECTRICAL SERVICE position which means you'll be in and out of customers' homes daily. You must be a confident communicator and have the ability to quickly build relationships.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Electrician.

As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work alongside experienced electricians to gain hands-on experience and develop the necessary skills to become a licensed electrician.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the electrical trade and wants to start their career in a dynamic and growing industry.

Duties:

- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems

- Communicate confidently with customers one-on-one

- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs

- Assist with the installation of electrical components in commercial and industrial settings

- Use power tools and hand tools to complete electrical tasks

- Gain knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and apply it to electrical installations

- Assist with frame carpentry for electrical installations

Skills:

- Have proven experience hanging ceiling fans, installing breakers, troubleshooting non-working plugs and switches.

- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and principles

- Familiarity with power tools used in the electrical trade

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to follow instructions and learn from experienced electricians

- Basic knowledge of low voltage systems is a plus
